Returns Policy

Cerakoted items are custom-made to order and are non-returnable.

Most new, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus a 10% restocking fee and original shipping costs. If the return is due to our error — such as receiving an incorrect or defective item — we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds are typically processed within four weeks from the date you ship your return. This timeframe includes:

• 5–10 business days for the return shipment to reach us

• 3–5 business days for return processing

• 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. We’ll respond promptly with return instructions.

Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States only. Please note that certain products may have shipping restrictions and cannot be shipped to specific states.

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided at checkout based on item availability and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery dates may vary depending on the carrier.

Shipping rates for many items are calculated based on weight. Product weights can be found on each item’s detail page. In accordance with shipping carrier policies, all item weights are rounded up to the nearest full pound.
